My houseofbooks has recently shifted from London to the seaside, so reading on the beach has now become a favourite pastime.
I have always loved reading, and I’m never without a book, and I owe this to my family who are also avid readers. Thankfully my two children are following suit and are also book lovers. My daughter is often to be found still reading way past her bedtime, and my son is going through a Tom Gates phase.

Ah, London, that magical place across the pond, chock full of traditions that we Americans obsess over far more than the British ever will. Thanks for the blog follow and good luck with yours. With so much in the publishing world to sort through these days, literary criticism needs every new voice it can get to help us figure it out!

Hi – I love reading too! I think between my husband and myself, we may have to get an entire library to fit books in! And London is warm compared to Ottawa, Canada, where I am.
